This building is over 9000m2 of high spec offices and warehousing designed specifically for major manufacturing companies. With over 1500 amps of power, two internal gantry cranes and numerous client specific extras, this project caters well for the two occupiers. Completed late 2008 with a value of over $8 million.

Barbera Investments – 52 Blanck Street, Ormeau

Seven units with a combined total area of over 3300m2 and a construction value of over $2 million. This project was completed early 2008 and was full around mid 2008. It is a striking building with good traffic flow and street appeal.

Cleveland Baptist Church – 240 Bloomfield Street, Cleveland

The Cleveland Baptist Church has undergone such growth over the past few years that hey needed to extend and create a new worship hall. This new hall is 900m2 plus an undercover courtyard/foyer of approx 300m2. Presently under construction with completion expected March 2009, this project is valued at just under $2 million.

DeCa Freight – 13 Silverton Court Mackay

When DeCa freight first approached us to build their new headquarters in Mackay, they were operating from a concrete block shed of 300m2. They expected that their new facility of 1000m2 on a 4600m2 site would suffice and they could expand into stage two at a later date. Before approvals were complete, their business had grown so much that stage two became part of stage one with a total of 2000m2 required.

This project was completed and the tenant moved in only nine weeks after commencement on site. Completion late 2008 with a value of $2 million.

Ikin Store It – Townsville

Located in one of Townsville’s most prime industrial positions, Ikin Store It is the largest self-storage facility in Australia construction. The $4 million project was acquired due to an outstanding preceding reputation in the construction industry.

As the former single supplier of coaches to Surfside Buslines, the Custom Coaches development was a complete turnkey project requiring full design and project management. The construction included a 4000m2 manufacturing facility, spray booth, gantry cranes and full fit-out valued at $3 million.
